Thank you very much for the warm welcome.

I am honored to join the NCUC community and to contribute, alongside such a
diverse group of colleagues, to advancing non-commercial users’ interests
within ICANN and the broader internet governance ecosystem.

By way of brief introduction, I am a governance and policy advisor based in
Lebanon, working at the intersection of public policy reform, institutional
development, and information ecosystem resilience in fragile and
conflict-affected contexts. My work focuses on stakeholder coordination,
regulatory analysis, and strengthening public-interest safeguards within
complex governance environments.

I am particularly interested in how global domain name policy intersects
with civic space, digital rights, and inclusive participation from the
Global South. I look forward to engaging in working groups and contributing
constructively to policy development discussions.

Please do not hesitate to guide me toward ongoing priorities where I can
add value.
