I wanted to make you aware of my new book, which provides a historical account of ICANN's origin and development and the complete story of the transition, which finally ended U.S. government control of the DNS root and the IANA contract. If you want to understand the broader policy and governance context in which you are operating, it would be useful.
I intended to come to the Prague meeting to distribute some free copies, but I am not able to attend due to other commitments. I will be at IGF in Oslo, however, so you can approach me about that there.
