Subject: [Ext] [NCUC-DISCUSS] Nominating Ken Herman for NCUC Chair

Hi,
  I would like to nominate Ken Herman for the NCUC Chair position, if he is willing to consider.

Given his long standing contribution to the NCUC community as EC representative for NA, more recently serving and doing a great job on the Transfer policy working group, championing and leading NCUC Issue forums and also working on outreach efforts in his region in conjunction with the NA GSE; he needs no introduction.

Having worked with Ken on the EC in the past few years; I can testify for his leadership, moderation and organizational skills that will greatly benefit the NCUC. With a long standing career in ICT with the UN and World Bank; his perspective and training will be highly valuable to advance our advocacy for the civil society.
