Thank you very much everyone, it is a great honor to serve on the Nomcom.  I hope everyone will do their part and reach out to their networks to apply for positions once the call for applications is open.  We need to get strong candidates to come forward and compete for all these roles.  And a notice to all the folks who have served on Nomcom before me....I will be seeking you out for any advice you may have.

Thanks again!

Stephanie Perrin

Dear NCUC Members,

Following the close of the nomination period, a total of seven (7) applications were received for the NCUC representative position on the ICANN Nominating Committee (NomCom). (Amina Ramallan, Emmanuel Vitus, Hago Dafalla, John Gbadamosi, Lia P Hernandez Perez, Muhammad Shabbir Awan, Stephanie Perrin)

After a careful review of all candidate submissions and expressions of interest, the NCUC Executive Committee (EC) concluded the evaluation process. Through a majority vote, the EC has selected Stephanie Perrin to serve as the next NCUC NomCom representative for the upcoming two-year term.

I sincerely thank all equally strong and qualified applicants for their willingness to serve and contribute to the NCUC. I also appreciate the EC members for their active participation in the selection process.

Please join us in congratulating Stephanie Perrin on her appointment. We are confident she will bring valuable experience and a strong voice to the NomCom on behalf of the NCUC community.
