[NCUC-DISCUSS] Fwd: Invitation to Africa IG Community Engagement Call - October 31, 2024

Invitation is appreciated, but I do notice that there are no
representatives of either the technical community, civil society
or business community as presenters. I think one of the main
concerns in Internet Governance is the attempts to turn the
multistakeholder processes that have created the Internet as
we know it into government/UN/ITU-controlled structures, and
this event (judging by the presenters and agenda) seems to
be part of the attempt to present governments/UN/ITU as
the solution rather as part of the problem.
