[NCUC-DISCUSS] Suggestion of Speakers from Academia or Civil Society for Plennary session

Good day to you.
As part of the ICANN81 Plenary meeting planning team, I am reaching out to
you to solicit speakers to represent Civil society or academia on the
discussion panel.

The session is tagged:  *Shifting Paradigms: Multistakeholderism,
Geopolitics, International Law, and Emerging New Internet Infrastructures *

*Objective *(current draft)
This session aims to explore the intersections of geopolitics, internet
governance and emerging technologies. Internet infrastructures, with a
strong emphasis on the evolution of the multistakeholder approach.
