[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nominating Amin for the European rep of NCUC EC

Thank you, Farzaneh, for the nomination.
My thanks continue to Namra, Tomslin, Mouloud, Ines, Pedro, and everyone
else.
It is a privilege for me to have had the opportunity to work with and
collaborate with you all.
