[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nominating Amin for the European rep of NCUC EC

Hi all,

I would like to nominate Amin Hacha to serve another term on NCUC EC as the
Europe representative. Amin is based in Europe, has tried to reactivate the
European regional mailing list, has been helping NCUC with its tech needs
and generally is keen on serving the community.
