[NCUC-DISCUSS] Wisdom Donkor for NCUC Chair

I very much support Wisdom's nomination as NCUC Chair.

I trust his experience as Councilor, coupled with his leadership experience
with other multistakeholder communities like IGF Africa and IGF MAG would
greatly benefit NCUC. Especially at this period of reinvigoration that we
the non-commercials in ICANN appear to find ourselves in.
