Dear NCUC members,
 With a broken heart, I bring to your notice the demise of our
vibrant community member, Olévié A Kouami.

This sad incident occurred on 19th October 2023 in Lome, Togo.

Our hearts and prayers go to his family and loved ones.

He will be greatly missed.
