The 6th North American School of Internet Governance is planned as a
pre- ICANN 79( San Juan, PR) on Wed Feb 27-29, 2024 event
We are looking for anyone qualified to join a panel in person or remote on
Digital Rights
Here is the description of the panel
Panel discussion: Data Privacy and User Trust
Description:
Experts from various fields will explore the challenges and implications
surrounding the privacy of personal data in today's digital age. This
engaging conversation aims to shed light on the importance of safeguarding
user privacy and fostering trust in the online ecosystem.
In an era where personal data is increasingly collected, stored, and
analyzed by companies, governments, and other entities, concerns about data
privacy have become paramount. This panel discussion will delve into the
ethical, legal, and technological aspects of data privacy, as well as the
impact on user trust.
Distinguished panelists, including privacy advocates, legal experts,
cybersecurity specialists, and industry leaders, will share their insights,
experiences, and perspectives on key topics such as:

Balancing data-driven innovation and privacy rights: Exploring the
delicate balance between utilizing personal data to drive innovation while
