[NCUC-DISCUSS] Urgent Call: ICANN 76 Travel slot replacement

Due to the very last minute decision needing to be made for the open travel
slot, the slot has been awarded to Farzaneh Badii.  I appreciate all of the
interest and look forward to a very fruitful meeting in Cancun.
