[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination Ken Herman for another term as NCUC-NA EC

Dear NCUC members,

I am pleased to nominate Mr. Ken Herman to serve another term as the North
American representative to the NCUC Executive Committee. After working with
Ken for the past year as chair and before then as an EC member, I can say
that Ken has contributed substantially to the EC discussions and has
demonstrated his commitment to the mission of the NCUC.
