[NCUC-DISCUSS] [2022-NomCom] NomCom Selection Announcement for ICANN Leadership Positions

Maybe the problem of new engagement is that ICANN does not actually have a
good capillarity among the Youth community on Internet Governance (besides
the NextGen program, of course). It is an environment with a hard learning
curve on the beginning and with less opportunities to keep engaged actively
in these initial moments. Maybe that would be an interesting talking point
in the meetings, probably trying to create some connections with some other
well established Youth programs in the IG ecosystem.
