[NCUC-DISCUSS] Re Nomination of Benjamin Akinmoyeje for NCUC Chair

Let me join others in supporting Benjamin. I have worked with Ben in NYC
and in the Africa IGF where he was a lead rapporteur. I believe he is a
very good fit for this role.
