Thank you for your email.

According to the NCUC Bylaws<https://www.ncuc.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/Bylaws-of-the-Noncommercial-Users-Constituency-20171.pdf> under IV (E)(2), it states:
Regional EC Representatives:
Shall each serve no more than three consecutive terms on the EC. There must be at least one (1) annual term before former EC members who have served three (3) consecutive terms are eligible to run again.

What are the term limits of the ECs, if there are no term limits why is it open ended?
