[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Olga Kryryliuk for NCUC EC Europe

I would like to side with others that have already expressed their support.
I know Olga for some time now from ICANN, SEEDIG and EuroDIG events and I
am convinced she would be a great addition to the EC.
