[NCUC-DISCUSS] Franco Giandana nomination for NCUC EC LAC rep

I would like to fully endorse Franco's nomination to the NCUC EC LAC.

Franco is constantly reaching out to our regional members, keeping them
informed of opportunities and key developments. Most importantly, Franco is
team player, hard worker and a great person! He has always promptly stepped
up to support the Chair and the EC in innumerous occasions. I am certain
that he will continue to grow in his leadership role!
