[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Mili Semlani for NCUC EC APAC position

I couldn't agree more. Mili has been an excellent addition to the EC in
this past year. She is always proactively engaging with members in the
region, thoughtful, team-worker and dedicated to advancing NCUC capacity
building efforts.
