Hi Wolfgang,
Thanks for the update.
It is hard to tell (at least to me) from the report whether the impact
COVID19 has on the process is due to lost time as members adapted to
online-only toolsets, and therefore are unable to reach consensus on time;
or if it is due to the online tools not being adequate to get the job done
on time. Could you clarify this please?
