[NCUC-DISCUSS] ICANN 68 organization efforts - Survey

Dear all,

This is the second part of the survey related to the ICANN68 organization
efforts we - Steph, Joan and myself - are supposed to present answers to at
the SOAC Leaders call tomorrow. Besides the issues below, theres still a
few things we could comment on such as the length of the meeting - usual
4/5 days, add 2 days at the end, or any other possible option -, the
timezone it will adopt - we have community leaders pointing out to CET or
KL time as options -, and reinforce the need for improved translations
services and so on.

Thanks to everyone who presented us answers so far, we really appreciate
it. But in case you still want to point something else on this subject,
feel free to answer to this email!
