Thanks you very much for the email, i will be attending this years IGF in
Berlin. I will be glad to be part of the NCUC session.

Meanwhile, i am also organising a pre-event on day 0. The topic is more
related to NCUC session, i will be glad if NCUC members can attend in order
to announce the NCUC session
