[NCUC-DISCUSS] Revised Elections timeline

Dear NCUCers,

We decided to change the dates of the NCUC meet the candidates call as it
previously was set to happen during a weekend (June 8-9). This resulted on
a short revision of the elections timeline and some deadlines were altered
by a day - such as the nominations period and nomination acceptance+SOI
submission.

Therefore, this is the revised timeline. I would like to draw some
attention to the altered dates: now the nomination period ends on monday
(june 4), the deadline for nomination acceptance is the tuesday (June 5)
and our Meet the candidates call will most likely happen on the 6th of
June.

23 May - 04 June: Nomination period
05 June: Deadline for nomination acceptance and candidate statement.
06/07 June: Meet the candidates call
09 June: Voter roll finalized
10 June - 23 June: Voting
24 June: Results announced

Maryam will send the invitation to the Meet the candidates call as soon as
possible, please make sure to attend as this is a great opportunity to hear
back from our members who are running for the NCUC leadership positions.
