[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Bruna Martins dos Santos to continue serving as NCUC Chair

A lot to handle, tough times, a strong need to engage and mobilize members
globally, and we're on the right path. Definitely support Bruna to
contribute with her efforts for another term.
