[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Franco Giandana for NCUC LAC EC seat

Thank you Antonella for having nominated Franco. I’ve had the chance to
speak with him at length at ICANN64, and I believe he would be a very good
addition to the team given his admirable work in Argentina. His network,
intelligence and commitment will surely be of added value to NCUC and to
our broader community at ICANN. So I do hope he accepts this nomination.
