[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Bruna Martins dos Santos to continue serving as NCUC Chair

I support the nomination of Bruna to continue in the position she actually
stands. She has provided me with great motivation while bringing me from
the fellowship into the constituency back in Panama and know of her great
capabilities.
