[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Thato Mfikwe for NCUC EC Africa

I would like to nominate Mili Semlani, an old colleague of mine for NCUC EC
APAC region. I have worked with her in the past in different roles and she
has always produced excellent results.
