[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC Appointee to the Finance Committee

Dear NCUC,

On Feb 12th NCUC opened a Call for one Constituency appointee to the
Finance Committee. This call was closed on february 25th and the EC decided
that the new appointee to the Finance Committee is Ayden Férdeline due to
the candidate's experience, commitment and thorough work in previous NCSG
comments regarding budgetary matters.

At the opportunity the EC also deliberated on appointing Thato Mfikwe,
previous Constituency appointee to the committee as an observer to the FC
in order to facilitate the transition and just so Thato continues to
contribute with the above mentioned committee. Ayden's term will begin with
ICANN 64.

Last but not least, we would like to congratulate Ayden and thank Thato for
the work performed in the past year.
