[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nominating Michael Karanicolas for NCUC EC North America representative

I would like to nominate Michael Karanicolas for another term as the 
North America representative to the NCUC Executive Committee. I’ve 
worked with Michael on several projects this year. He is an excellent 
strategist, a team player, and an insightful contributor on many issues 
facing noncommercial Internet users.
