[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC Delegate to the Nominating Committee - Wolfgang Kleinwächter

Dear NCUC,

After some deliberation, NCUC executive committee decided to select
*Wolfgang Kleinwächter as our Constituency Delegate to the Nominating
Committee*.

This was a truly competitive selection and our EC took into consideration
all the input provided by @Anriette Esterhuysen <anriette at gmail.com> regarding
the time commitment and criteria, as well as her experience these past
years.
