Yes pretty widely known. Everyone who had an active account was notified as far as I remember.

I was testing the Firefox databreach tool https://monitor.firefox.com<https://monitor.firefox.com/>
and found that the IGF website was compromised in 2014. I wasn't aware of this. How many of you know this? -- Fouad Bajwa
