[NCUC-DISCUSS] nomination of Inex Hfaidh for the NCUC EC Africa seat

I fully support  the nomination of ines.
I think her experience and her efforts in getting African members more
active within the ncuc community  were outstanding.
I look forward to see her building upon that  and keep up  the great work.
