[NCUC-DISCUSS] nomination of Inex Hfaidh for the NCUC EC Africa seat

It is with all pleasure that I support the nomination of Ines and I do hope
she accepts this nomination.
I have had the pleasure of working with Ines on the IG related continental
issues as well as ICANN and her experience will be put to use and
beneficial to the NCUC constituency.
