[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination EC LAC Antonella Perini

Adding a +1 to this nomination! Me and Antonella started out together in a
few IG-related environments for the past years, including ICANN, and my
admiration for her and her work only grows.

Also, having her as LAC representative at the NCUC EC would represent a lot
to both the buddy mentor program  and NCUC NCUC's mentorship program as she
was part of the two and, therefore, her experience could bring a new point
of view in engaging members with the constituency at a newcomer level and
then building capacity for PDP participation. Antonella's engagement in the
LAC region is worth noting as well, she works for Assuntos del Sur, a well
known think-tank in the region and was an ICANN fellow in ICANN58, apart
from being a member ever since.

I do hope she accepts this nomination and wish her good luck!
