[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination EC LAC Antonella Perini

Dear Fellows,

Given the fact that Bruna Martins dos Santos has been nominated for NCUC
Chair this year, I'd like to nominate Antonella Perini for the position of
Executive Committee representative for the Latin American region.

I have shared a couple of different working/capacity-building spaces with
Antonella for the past 2 years, including NCUC discussions onsite and in
remote meetings, and I feel the representation could benefit from her
personal characteristics and professional skills. Her involvement with the
constituency is growing, she has solid and sufficient knowledge of the main
operational procedures as well as of the main issues we follow as an ICANN
constituency, she is aware of and supports the values which hold us
together as a group, she is able to find a good balance between
advancing points of view and making sure the debate moves forward, all of
which are qualities that in my view will allow her to develop a good work,
improve personally and help us all improve as a group.

I hope she also finds that the time for a bit more of commitment and
involvement has come, that she is available and willing to take the
nomination, and that fellows will also share my view and support it as well.
