Dear all,

Please find below the list of NCSG and NCUC related sessions during the
Barcelona Meeting. With regards to the NCUC activities during ICANN63 I
would like to highlight the following meetings:

*1. **NCUC EC Meeting -* Saturday, 20 October, from 10h30 to 12h00  - Open
to members, room 134
*2.* *Joint NCUC - At Large outreach: your guide to ICANN Architecture* -
Monday, 22 October, from 10h30 to 13h15 - Room 113
*3. **NCUC Constituency Day - *Tuesday, 23 October, from 13h30 to 15h00 -
Room 133

NCUC EC has decided on a simpler agenda for this AGM to avoid any clashes
with the many PDP related meetings that are taking place on the course of
the Barcelona days. Other than the above mentioned meetings, we advise our
members to attend all NCSG meetings as well as your PDP of interest and
GNSO Council Sessions.

Last but not least, we will also arrange a talk at the Newcomers booth
regarding NCUC, its Mission and how to get engaged, Farell will be in
charge of this one and anyone else wishing to help us with that please
reach out!
