Congratulations to all those who have been elected and re-elected, and in particular to Bruna, who as Chair will have a very busy year ahead! Thanks so much for stepping forward.

Also, we now need to discuss what to do about the election of David Cake to represent Asia-Pacific, given he is currently a member of NPOC’s leadership team and is using NPOC resources to travel to Barcelona. It is unfortunate that this situation was not resolved prior to votes being casted, but it remains a question of integrity: the NCUC needs someone who will be with us 100% of the time, fighting for non-commercial uses and users of the Domain Name System.

David, will you be accepting this seat, and will you be resigning from NPOC?
