[NCUC-DISCUSS] Tell Facebook: this is unacceptable

While it may be true that this debacle does not relate directly  to 
ICANN, it is the case in my view that the trade and policy incentives of 
the US government which support Facebook have a very serious impact on 
privacy rights discussions at ICANN.  For that reason, I take the 
liberty of adding an interesting article from the Atlantic to this 
discussion.
