Congratulations indeed to all the selected

I think it is good now that there is a clarity between who are the
regional fellows (selected by GSE, with announcement being distributed
by SO/ACs) and fellowship program fellows (go through all the steps of
the fellowship process, filling an application, being analyzed by the
selection committee, fellowship program team and GSE).
