[NCUC-DISCUSS] ICANN 62 Fellowship

Can you please explain the politics going on?  I certainly don't 
understand that there are any politics in this.  Perhaps I am missing 
something.

Congratulations to Claire for being awarded the fellowship for ICANN 62 
in Panama!  It will be great to work with you there!
