[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Ext] Fellowship Request for ICANN 62 Policy Forum

This public conversation is important. The call was public. The person
selected was public.  If the person will now not be able to attend due to a
'glitch' we should know.  In my view the Chair made the right decision.
Personally I believe that if an organisation with the kind of resources
available to ICANN makes this kind of 'glitch' it should cough up the
resources to correct it. As the Chair correctly points out time and
resources have been sacrificed from our side.  This is not a personal issue
between two individuals.
