[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Announcement] NCUC new Vice-Chair

Ok so I am trying to understand the process. We vote for a chair and EC and
then EC selects vice chair? Kindly clarify or send the link or both.
Clearly as Farzi noted we need to do a little work on by-laws. These little
things when they work in an inclusive and transparent manner help the group
to work harmoniously together. Thanks in advance.
