[NCUC-DISCUSS] Travel support to ICANN Meetings - PIR Sponsorship

Dear members,

The Public Interest Registry, the primary donor of NCUC has informed
us that it prefers to fund NCSG as a whole so that all NCSG members
and its constituencies can benefit from the funding. However, since
NCSG at the moment does not have the appropriate channels to allocate
the money nor receive it, the NCUC will receive the funding for this
year and open the future calls for application for travel support to
all NCSG members and its constituencies.

Please note that the decision processes regarding the allocation of
travel support or any other allocation of funding will be carried out
through NCUC Executive Committee based on the NCUC Operating
Procedures.
