Dear IGF Village Applicants,

Thank you very much for submitting requests to hold a booth at the IGF 2018.

The IGF Secretariat has carefully reviewed all received requests, and
approved the composition that should reflect a good stakeholder and
regional balance within the IGF Village. A number of organizations
submitted several requests, for displaying their individual project
activities. Please note that, in order to save space and accommodate as
many organizations as possible, these types of request are not
accommodated, and each organization has one dedicated booth slot.

Individual requests coming from the networks of the Dynamic Coalitions and
National and Regional IGFs are advised to join the joint DCs and joint NRIs
booths.

Nine submission requests are on the pending list, given the late submission
date, compared to other stakeholders from the same regional group.

*In case any of the approved booths are willing to MERGE with any of the
approved or pending organizations, we would be most thankful! This would
allow to accommodate other pending requests.*

There was a number of requests that did not provide all needed information,
and the Secretariat had to discard these.

Please take 24 hours from now to let us know if you are willing to partner
with any of the listed organizations and share the booth slot. The IGF 2018
Village composition is available here:
https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/igf-2018-village

If you are on the list of approved booths, and in the meantime, you have
decided not to hold a booth, please od let us know as soon as possible.

Thank you!

Best regards,

Anja
