[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Call for (re)appointment] Nomcom representative

Hi everyone

Just to clarify, the appointments are made by the EC, which receives
applications sent via email.
When Anriette meant nomination, she meant that final result.
Of course, it is great she also clarified here onlist her intention to
be candidate as it makes the appointments process even more
transparent.

Formal nominations and +1s on the list, though, are a kindness but not
requisite of the appointment process.
Some members get bothered by a lot of emails w/ +1s.

Just a heads up for those who may feel obligated to chime in, you don't have to.
