CELE is a research center in Argentina conducting a workshop in
partnership w/ Karisma, Article19 and others.

There is a selection process and some funding available

This is mainly targeted at LAC but also organizations from Spanish
speaking countries, I asked via email

Sessions will be in Spanish and Portuguese
