[NCUC-DISCUSS] EFF's comment on GDPR compliance models

Thanks for this EFF article

There does seem to be a discussion on NCSG list between model 3 and model 2b

Personally, not really an admirer of law enforcement actions on
privacy in the Global South, model 3 sounds to bring more to us who
will be "subject to the force" of models not discussed or devised with
this reality in mind in the 1st place.

I've also received emails from volunteers to document the GDPR
webinar, thanks for that.

And this discussion will take a long time to end still so keep tuned
everyone in the 2feb webinar and learn and comment about the models
