[NCUC-DISCUSS] PIR rep selection: Renata Aquino

All else being equal, I think it's good that the NCUC chair or someone from the EC at least can be our PIR representative. 
It is good to have our PIR rep fully aware of what is going on in the constituency. So congrats to Renata.
