[NCUC-DISCUSS] Questions and talking points for ICANN CEO

I support trying to fix it.  I was looking forward to it this year and 
would have appreciated voicing my opinions on how to use it.  I 
appreciate the requirement to meet with the BC, although I have no 
illusions about them wanting to hang out with us.  We still learn from them.
