[NCUC-DISCUSS] Questions and talking points for ICANN CEO

After that evaluation, the BC multiple times said it should be held every
other year, and it does now. we discussed it on ncsg and some of us said
every other year. And now NCUC EC said no to it. We can discuss on ncsg
mailing list again but if csg doesn't want to meet either (that is if ispcp
or IPC agree with bc) then we don't have to even have this conversation
since it will be cancelled.
